Dr. Hema, who heads the medical service, is a woman full of empathy and a true knowledge of authentic Ayurveda and her practice, and her six medical colleagues who also assist her. It treats skin diseases, diabetic problems, thyroid, arthritic, etc .... despite the very real comfort, this center has the real skills of an Ayurvedic hospital (a villa is dedicated to disabled people).
The large space (5 hectares of coconut palms, with a magnificent lawn, hand-shorn by the women of the neighboring village), the beach, the comfortable bungalows and the brand new vaidyasala, the irreproachable service, the time that elapses, are all assets for the cure is also a holiday. There is even a tennis court and canoe-kayaks.
The beach has a particularly flat bottom, which makes it accessible even when there are waves.
The organization of the day:
You are completely free, if not the regular appointment at the health center, either morning or afternoon, and yoga classes.
Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00, lunch from 12:30 to 15:00 and dinner from 18:30 to 22:00. The night falls very quickly, but the sunsets do not disappoint their spectators, every evening, before 18:00.
Yoga is either at 6:30 for morning or at 8:00. Meditation is three times a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12:00 and at 15:00.
